Job summary

This role involves leading the design and governance of global reward frameworks, focusing on compensation policies, executive remuneration, and incentive programmes. The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment with business strategy and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Global Rewards, or Executive Remuneration.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing global reward frameworks and incentive programmes.
  • Strong expertise in executive compensation, reward governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in preparing remuneration materials for executive committees or boards.
  • Solid understanding of pay transparency and global compensation practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations based on complex data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and governance of global reward frameworks.
  • Own key elements of reward architecture, including compensation policies and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with Finance and senior leadership on executive remuneration and incentive programmes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex reward matters and ensure consistency in decision-making globally.
  • Support local reward discussions in Denmark while aligning with global standards.

  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex and sensitive topics and influence senior leaders.
  • Integrity, discretion, and sound judgement.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with compensation management systems and analytical tools.
