Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop assessment strategies.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies across different channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
• Maintain and develop talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Establish structured processes for evaluations and interviews.
• Support onboarding and initial people operations interactions for new hires.
• Identify and improve recruitment workflows and systems.
