Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner, contributing to business success.
• Lead initiatives in leadership and specialist development, training, and coaching.
• Collaborate with leaders on performance management strategies.
• Identify, develop, and retain internal talent.
• Advise on employee relations and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, tools, and KPIs to support a robust workplace culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance organizational strength.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, setting clear expectations and priorities.
• Foster collaboration between TA, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Utilize recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and proactive measures.
