Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner and contribute to business success.
• Drive leadership development, training, and coaching initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders on performance management strategies.
• Identify, develop, and retain internal talent.
• Advise on employee relations and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and support a strong workplace culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting clear expectations and priorities.
• Enhance collaboration between Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers.
• Utilize recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
