VP People & Culture (On-site, Greater Europe)

Job summary

This senior leadership position focuses on overseeing the People & Culture organization within the Greater Europe business unit of a global company. The role involves strategic business partnering with executive leadership and managing the implementation of global P&C initiatives locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in People & Culture, particularly in organizational development, talent development, and culture.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in an international setting.
• Ability to lead P&C activities both through others and hands-on.
• Strong analytical and structured approach, with curiosity about professional trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the GEU EVP and executive leadership team.
• Leading the Greater Europe P&C organization.
• Managing annual activities such as Organizational Review, People Review, and Succession Planning.
• Driving the P&C agenda aligned with the GEU business plan.
• Ensuring the execution of global P&C initiatives within Greater Europe.
• Collaborating actively with the global P&C leadership team.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with P&C management systems and tools is advantageous.
