Job summary

The role involves acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting the translation of business strategy into people actions, and enhancing employee experience within a complex tech environment. The position is based on-site and requires collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience as a People Business Partner, preferably in a professional services or tech company.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and daily people challenges.
  • Experience in building or redesigning HR functions or operating models.
  • Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Proficient in using data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Relevant master’s degree or equivalent, with fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic people agenda for the designated business area, including workforce and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on critical people and organizational issues.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Utilize data insights to identify trends and develop pragmatic HR solutions.
  • Support change initiatives and workforce planning to ensure future capabilities.
  • Engage in complex case resolutions and collaborate across People functions.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Skills

  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to balance business needs and compliance.
  • Credible and relationship-driven, capable of challenging and supporting leaders.
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and translating complex challenges into actionable HR strategies.
  • Confident in facilitating discussions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.

Education

  • A relevant master’s degree or equivalent.

Tools

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and HR management systems.
