Job summary

An experienced Global Employer Branding Manager is sought to define and enhance the employer brand of a leading organization. This role involves developing and executing a global employer branding strategy that resonates with candidates and employees, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable employer branding strategy based on the Employer Value Proposition.
• Create a governance model for collaboration between Global Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications.
• Partner with external agencies to produce engaging content and campaigns.
• Build a global employee advocacy program to amplify employee voices.
• Utilize data and market insights to evolve the employer brand and measure impact.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global concepts for local markets.
• Manage and develop the Graduate Programme for early-career talent.
• Stay updated on trends in employer branding and talent attraction.
• Advise senior leaders on branding strategy and market positioning.
