Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing reward cycles such as merit, bonus, or long-term incentives.
• Knowledge of job architecture and pay transparency regulations in a global context.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into effective reward solutions.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) process from start to finish.
• Oversee the global Merit process, ensuring it is well-governed and runs smoothly each year.
• Maintain competitive and market-informed base salary structures.
• Implement EU Pay Transparency readiness, transforming regulatory requirements into actionable processes.
• Serve as a Reward Partner, providing guidance to leaders on various reward-related topics.
• Conduct job evaluations using the Mercer IPE methodology to support the global job architecture.
• Assist in redefining the organization's reward philosophy as it transitions to a technology-centric model.
