Lead Product Data Analyst (Copenhagen)

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL with experience in complex data modeling.
• Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Lightdash, Evidence, or similar.
• Extensive experience in product analytics, collaborating closely with product teams.
• Strong skills in experimentation design and statistical analysis.
• Proven track record of owning a product analytics function.
• Ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of transforming ambiguous questions into clear analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product analytics function, establishing strategy and driving adoption.
• Define and manage core product metrics and KPIs organization-wide.
• Design and conduct experiments from hypothesis formulation to conclusion.
• Analyze user behavior and funnels to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas of friction.
• Collaborate with the data team to create scalable dashboards and reporting.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product leadership and stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with product analytics and digital product drivers.
• Proficient in experimentation design and statistical analysis.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Lightdash, Evidence, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Python for data processing and analysis is a plus.
