Lead AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Job summary

This role involves developing and expanding AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business results, working closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders. The focus is on building and scaling AI/ML capabilities across various business functions, including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and scaling of ML, GenAI, and agentic solutions to generate measurable business impact.
• Drive integration of AI and ML capabilities into enterprise applications for smooth adoption.
• Shape architecture choices for scalable and maintainable AI/ML solutions.
• Establish reusable patterns and engineering standards for AI-ready data and automation.
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives, balancing speed and quality.
• Guide stakeholders on AI/ML strategy and solution design.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with approximately 10 years in ML engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience in AI experimentation and modeling, designing training and inference pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions and make architecture decisions.
• Extensive experience in MLOps and deployment engineering for scalable AI/ML systems.
