Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of international transportation, import/export processes, and shipping documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage operational and financial data.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end LCL export and import shipments, ensuring compliance with operating procedures.
• Coordinate booking execution, documentation, cargo movements, and customs activities.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate updates in operational systems and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Validate operational costs and manage financial entries related to shipments.
