Job summary

The Key Account Manager for Vision Care will focus on strategic account development and building long-term partnerships within a designated regional territory. This role involves managing a portfolio of Vision Care accounts and aims to enhance customer engagement through solution-oriented approaches.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial mindset with aspirations to transition into a strategic key account role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, customer-centric approach with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key customers and internal partners to address commercial and patient journey challenges.
  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Vision Care accounts through relationship-driven engagement.
  • Develop and execute medium- to long-term account plans to meet sales targets and enhance market position.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Analyze account performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
