Junior IT Administrator

Job summary

As a Junior IT Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the technology infrastructure of a global SaaS company focused on AI-powered solutions. This hands-on position involves supporting systems, tools, and workflows to enhance productivity and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations, including internships or educational experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including user management and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools and troubleshooting common IT issues.
• Organized and process-oriented with strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing on-site support in Copenhagen and traveling to New York quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate SaaS platforms, managing configurations and user settings.
• Oversee licensing, vendor management, and asset records for IT services and hardware.
• Provision and configure devices, supporting corporate network infrastructure.
• Provide on-site IT support and resolve access, device, and application requests.
• Collaborate on automation and process improvement initiatives using low-code and AI-assisted tools.
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to self-service tools.
• Support system integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.

Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, or PowerShell for endpoint administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and interest in AI applications in IT operations.

Education

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals are preferred but not required.

Tools

• Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, Power Automate, n8n, and endpoint management tools.
