About the role

Job summary

This part-time role involves supporting the People & Culture team in various operational tasks within the infrastructure investment sector. The position requires 15 hours of work per week, split across two full days, and is based in central Copenhagen.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with data management, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment-related tasks and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including updating the people system and tracking key processes.
  • Help maintain and analyze people data for accurate reporting.
  • Support offboarding activities for departing employees.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance across various People & Culture projects.
  • Create and format presentation materials for the Director of People & Culture.

Skills

  • Previous experience in People & Culture, recruitment, or office management is preferred.
  • Interest in people operations and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HiBob is advantageous.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's program.

Tools

  • Experience with data management tools and spreadsheets.
