Job summary

This role involves supporting the People & Organisation (P&O) team in various functions, focusing primarily on onboarding and offboarding processes while providing analytical support. The position offers exposure to the dynamics of an investment enterprise from a people perspective.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program or starting a master's degree, with at least two years left of education.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of Danish is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including maintaining P&O databases and systems.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and manage candidate communications.
  • Analyze and visualize people data to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Handle HR data, including payroll and finance tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and organizational development tasks across teams.
  • Support the development of presentations and event planning as needed.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Proficient in using IT tools, particularly Excel, for daily operations.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (bachelor's or master's).

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
