Job summary

The role involves supporting the development of a merchant-facing Voice AI within a global operations team. The focus is on enhancing the AI's ability to resolve merchant issues autonomously by analyzing real merchant calls and designing effective workflows.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, product management, conversational AI, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data, including call transcripts and support tickets.
  • Empathetic towards customer needs and able to translate insights into actionable product implications.
  • Ability to manage complexities across different markets, including varying product suites and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

  • Observe live merchant calls to gather insights for workflow design.
  • Conduct interviews with internal specialists to document findings for AI implementation.
  • Design and lead the development of new merchant-support workflows.
  • Expand and test the library of workflows for reliability and logic.
  • Analyze post-launch data to identify areas for improvement and prioritize enhancements.
  • Collaborate with AI and support teams to ensure quality and localization.

Education
