About the role

Job summary

The role involves working as a Solution Consultant focused on sustainability, particularly in defining business requirements related to Product Carbon Footprint (PCF). The consultant will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, contributing to the development of sustainable IT initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solution design and requirements analysis.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience in translating business needs into IT requirements and supporting the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills for investigating data and proposing solutions.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles, such as PCF and GHG protocols, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate solutions to business stakeholders and support their implementation.
  • Contribute to solution documentation and assist in roadmap development with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Clarify and translate business needs into IT requirements.
  • Investigate data quality issues and support improvements.
  • Contribute to IT solution design and assist development teams with analysis and clarifications.
  • Review and test solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.

Skills

  • Structured and analytical approach to work.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and IT in an international setting.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in IT, business, or sustainability is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with IT solution design tools and methodologies is beneficial.
