IT Operations Manager

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the daily operations of IT services, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. The IT Operations Manager will lead a team of specialists and manage vendor partnerships to deliver high-quality IT infrastructure and end-user services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, including team leadership
• Solid experience with vendor management and IT outsourcing, including SLA governance
• Familiarity with service-management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and a proven track record of improving IT service delivery
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead a small IT Operations team across Denmark and India, ensuring reliable delivery of IT services
• Manage service delivery and hold IT outsourcing partners accountable to SLAs
• Drive operational excellence in IT infrastructure and end-user services, focusing on stability and performance
• Maintain close communication with business stakeholders to align IT services with changing needs
