Job summary

The Group Internal Audit (GIA) team is seeking an IT Audit Manager to oversee IT audits within the organization. This role involves assessing and analyzing IT processes related to architecture, system development, operations, and security, while reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practice audit programs for IT processes and controls.
  • Conduct audits to identify weaknesses and provide assurance on existing controls.
  • Formulate recommendations to enhance controls and mitigate residual risks.
  • Monitor the implementation of recommendations and evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with management and challenge existing practices.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview and simplify complex issues.
  • Team player with a flexible mindset.

Skills

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in IT Governance, IT Risk Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Cyber Security, and Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in obtaining certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in IT or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with audit tools and methodologies related to IT processes.
