Internal Sales Trainee (Design, Horsens)

Job summary

This is a two-year traineeship in the Internal Sales department of a contemporary design company. The role combines practical experience with formal education, allowing the trainee to gain insights into sales processes while being a full team member from day one.

Qualifications

• Completed or nearing completion of EUX, HHX, STX, or HTX with good results.
• Responsible, independent, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to build relationships and complete assigned tasks diligently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales team.
• Process and monitor orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage documentation, data entry, and order-related records.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Support customer communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain up-to-date records for retail customers.
• Act as the first point of contact for retail customers.
• Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for team performance enhancement.

Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is advantageous.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic German skills, both written and spoken, or a strong interest in developing German communication skills.

Education

• EUX, HHX, STX, or HTX completed.
