Job summary

This internship opportunity is designed for students interested in people, leadership, and organizational culture, focusing on enhancing engagement and wellbeing within a maritime context. The role is based in Copenhagen and runs from August to January, with flexibility for academic commitments.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree or in the final year of a bachelor's degree in sociology, anthropology, HRM, political science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in leadership, engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in crew engagement initiatives, including campaigns and events aimed at fostering collaboration and culture among seagoing colleagues.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection.
  • Participate in DE&I projects, training, and campaigns.
  • Support the development of leadership training programs.

Skills

  • Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate curiosity.
  • Comfortable navigating the Microsoft ecosystem, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus but not required.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program at a university.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (preferred but not mandatory).
