Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Business Partners with daily activities and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Contribute to annual HR processes like performance management and engagement follow-up.
  • Coordinate timelines and communication for HR activities.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage headcount and FTE tracking in collaboration with Finance.
  • Participate in HR projects related to Diagnostics, either as a contributor or project leader.
  • Build and update HR dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
