Job summary

The HR Manager for the Nordics is responsible for leading the People function across corporate and retail operations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. This role involves strategic leadership in various HR areas to support business growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner roles.
  • Experience leading HR teams in a multi-site, retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Nordic employment law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the HR representative within the Nordic Management Team, influencing decisions with a people-focused perspective.
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement the Nordic HR strategy.
  • Translate business priorities into a measurable HR roadmap.
  • Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
  • Lead performance management initiatives to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across the Nordic countries.
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
