Job summary

A detail-oriented HR Coordinator is needed to provide administrative support within the Human Resources team. This role involves managing various HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus.
  • High energy, self-driven, and a positive 'People-first' attitude.
  • Strong prioritization and effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete employee life cycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and respectful offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and performance evaluations.
  • Draft and update employment contracts as needed.
  • Manage work permit processes to ensure compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  • Coordinate induction sessions for new hires.
  • Participate in HR projects and provide general administrative support.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR or a related field.

Tools
