Job summary

This role involves serving as an HR Business Partner within the Supply Chain function, focusing on enhancing the people agenda across a multi-country network of plants. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders and aims to implement effective HR strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience in established supply chain settings, ideally within FMCG sectors
• Background in matrix, international organizations with expertise in HR business partnering and talent development
• Practical experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and PeopleLink, along with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficient in change management and passionate about fostering transformation and employee engagement
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals
• Design and implement talent management programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
• Promote engagement and drive positive organizational culture through transformation initiatives
• Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation, while overseeing key HR projects for efficiency and compliance
