Job summary

An experienced HR Business Partner is needed to support the Tax & Law practice in Denmark, working closely with leadership to implement HR strategies and enhance employee experience. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a complex or regulated environment.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to balance business needs and compliance.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual performance management and remuneration processes within the Tax & Law sector.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people and organizational topics.
  • Utilize data to identify trends and develop practical HR solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Support change initiatives and workforce planning to ensure future capabilities.

Skills

  • Strong relationship-building and advisory skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate business challenges into HR actions.
  • Confident in facilitating discussions in both physical and virtual settings.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR management systems and data analytics tools is advantageous.
