Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate independently with strong ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration, particularly in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Understanding of user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy obligations and their impact on system design.
• Proficient in low-code workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and light scripting (e.g., Python, TypeScript).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
• Basic knowledge of mobility and immigration processes is a plus.
