HR AI & Automation Operations Lead (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on leading operational and technical initiatives within the EOR Operations vertical, emphasizing the design and implementation of intelligent automation systems to enhance HR processes. The position is fully remote and requires collaboration with globally distributed HR Operations teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and autonomy in managing projects and delivering outcomes independently.
• Experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration, particularly in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Understanding of user experience and operational efficiency in compliance-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy obligations and their impact on system design.
• Proficient in low-code workflow tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and light scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of mobility and immigration processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation strategies based on customer feedback and operational data, ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Optimize workflows and integrate systems to enhance speed and accuracy in HR processes.
