HR Advisor (Retail, Sweden)

Job summary

This role focuses on managing the HR agenda for Sweden, covering the entire employment cycle from contracts to payroll input. The HR Advisor will partner with retail management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and provide expert guidance on labor law and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and employee relations.
• Analytical skills to translate key performance indicators into actionable HR strategies.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with international HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Swedish people agenda, including contract management and bonus calculations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to retail management, translating business goals into HR initiatives.
