This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and enhances talent attraction and retention.

Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and incentive design.
  • Experience with job evaluation frameworks and implementation of job architecture in a global setting.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and compensation management systems.
  • Professional-level English proficiency in a global work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a transparent and competitive compensation and benefits framework.
  • Manage job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay structures to ensure equitable rewards.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review process, ensuring alignment with performance and market trends.
  • Handle executive and leadership compensation, including necessary reporting.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in compensation processes across regions.
  • Collaborate with teams globally as a trusted advisor, integrating local and global perspectives.
  • Develop organizational capabilities within the rewards function and manage external vendors.
  • Travel 2-3 weeks annually may be required.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, business administration, or related field.
