The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the hiring strategy for Product, Tech, and Digital Enablement functions, translating organizational strategy into actionable talent plans. This role involves collaboration with leadership teams and managing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to secure high-caliber talent.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams across multiple regions.
  • Proven ability to drive TA innovation and evolve existing policies.
  • Strong business acumen to understand performance drivers and capability gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end hiring strategy for Product, Tech, and Digital Enablement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, presenting on talent risks and opportunities.
  • Lead talent acquisition projects ensuring scalable practices across hiring teams.
  • Develop proactive sourcing pipelines and market maps to anticipate hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to meet hiring goals across regions.
  • Coach and develop TA Partners to enhance their strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • Drive and report on key TA metrics for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition and innovative sourcing methodologies.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage high-impact projects.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Tools

  • Familiarity with talent acquisition software and metrics tracking tools.
