Job summary

This role involves leading and developing the talent acquisition function during a critical scaling phase for a data center company in the Nordic region. The position focuses on defining strategy, building structure, and ensuring high-quality recruitment delivery across multiple countries, with an emphasis on creating a world-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of formal people management experience.
  • Extensive recruitment experience, both in-house and consultancy.
  • Proven experience in fast-moving, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Experience leading remote teams and working in an international context.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Certifications in assessment tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners on FTE forecasting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition team.
  • Own and evolve recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and standardization.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition and prioritization.
  • Design and develop training for hiring managers on recruitment techniques.
  • Manage recruitment delivery metrics including time-to-hire and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related field.

Tools

  • Proficient in ATS systems (e.g., HiBob), Excel, and other recruitment technologies.
