Job summary

This role involves leading the commercialization and operations of the Danish Rx portfolio, focusing on strategic direction and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. The position is part of the Danish Commercial Leadership team, responsible for driving the Rx business forward.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background such as M.Sc. in International Technology Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Over 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• At least 5 years of cross-functional leadership experience with a focus on collaboration and performance.
• Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of tender and healthcare models, particularly in generics and substitutional medicines.
• Experience with pricing strategies, portfolio management, and commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and update strategies for generics and promoted Rx, aligning with senior leadership.
• Develop pricing strategies with measurable KPIs for key products.
• Drive portfolio excellence, including managing pack sizes and optimizing product launches.
• Contribute to demand forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Ensure financial targets are met and maintain transparency in business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment and execution.
• Uphold compliance with internal guidelines and communication standards.
