Qualifications

  • Relevant commercial or technical education with sales leadership experience
  • Proven experience in managing teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder relationship building
  • Understanding of sales processes and performance management
  • Ability to manage risks and make informed decisions
  • Fluent in English and comfortable in an international setting

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and monitor team performance
  • Identify and develop plans for new business opportunities
  • Support sales teams in achieving volume and product mix goals
  • Participate in negotiations of key customer contracts
  • Monitor market pricing and collaborate with product management
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve shared goals
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across the value chain
