Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modeling, or risk consulting within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven track record in leading client-facing analytics initiatives and translating technical solutions into commercial value.
• Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams across different regions.
• Strong skills in partner management and influencing, particularly with senior executives.
• Highly numerate, with a degree in a quantitative field; postgraduate qualifications or relevant designations are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Commercial Risk Solutions and other teams to provide innovative analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development, including major client pursuits and tenders.
• Drive the development of next-generation analytics tools and solutions.
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas such as climate, cyber, and political risk.
• Establish standard methodologies for analytics delivery in the region.
• Provide thought leadership and risk insights to aid client decision-making.
• Lead and develop a team of risk financing and analytics professionals.
• Align RFA growth and profitability strategies with broader business objectives.
