Job summary

This role involves leading revenue growth and commercial excellence for Digital Services within a specific business unit. The position is pivotal in shaping the go-to-market strategy and scaling the digital services business towards ambitious growth targets by 2030.

Qualifications

  • MSc or BSc in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in scaling revenue-generating organizations in digital, software, or service sectors.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth with accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience across the full go-to-market lifecycle, including marketing, sales, and customer success alignment.
  • Ability to design and execute scalable go-to-market models across various segments and markets.
  • Familiarity with pricing and commercial model design, including subscription and outcome-based models.
  • Experience with digital offerings such as IoT and predictive services is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills in complex, global organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global revenue growth for Digital Services with accountability for commercial targets.
  • Define and implement a scalable global go-to-market strategy, including segmentation and value propositions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on digital sales and customer success.
  • Act as a strategic commercial leader, driving pipeline development and revenue delivery.
  • Establish commercial processes and governance for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure alignment with product and operations, integrating market insights into strategic decisions.

Skills

  • Strong strategic leadership combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent people leadership skills with experience in building high-performing teams.

Education

  • Relevant degrees in Engineering, Business, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
