Head of People Technology, Data and Processes

Job summary

The role involves leading a global team focused on People Technology, Data, and Processes, defining and driving the agenda for people systems and data governance. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and the delivery of the People Strategy.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in HR technology/HRIS and HR Operations
• Proven people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Technology, Data & Process team
• Define strategy and shape the roadmap for people technology and data
• Drive simplification and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle
• Ensure trusted and accessible people data for decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize investments and initiatives
• Enable effective use of technology and automation to enhance employee experience
• Establish governance and clear processes across systems and data

Education
