Job summary

The Head of Partnerships & Global Engagement is responsible for leading and expanding the global network of partners, connecting the Nordic startup landscape with international stakeholders. This role involves defining the partnerships strategy, driving commercial growth, and enhancing ecosystem impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the partnerships and global engagement strategy to align with growth objectives.
• Build and manage a high-value portfolio of partners, including corporates, investors, and international ecosystem players.
• Identify, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring clear accountability for commercial results.
• Position the organization as a primary gateway to the Nordic startup ecosystem for global stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance relationships with embassies, trade organizations, and international delegations.
• Expand the organization's international presence by engaging with partners and stakeholders in key markets.
• Represent the organization at major events and on global ecosystem platforms.
• Collaborate across functions to translate partnerships into impactful experiences, collaborations, and programs.
