The Head of New Market Development will spearhead the identification and conversion of new business opportunities in the Customs sector, focusing on customer acquisition across various markets. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with area teams to integrate new business development on a global scale.
  • Identify new global business opportunities systematically across regions.
  • Partner with various areas and verticals to prioritize target accounts and build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Define customer problem statements, value propositions, and high-level solution concepts for early-stage opportunities.
  • Work closely with solution design and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from opportunity sharing to tender execution.
  • Gather customer needs and competitive insights to inform solution design and product development.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative culture.
  • Take ownership of strategic Customs opportunities, engaging with stakeholders to enhance win rates.
