Job summary

This role involves leading and executing complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities to support corporate growth objectives. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record in leading complex cross-border transactions.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global M&A strategy aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Vice Presidents to assess strategic acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives.
• Manage the entire transaction process, including target screening, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Create financial models and risk assessments to inform investment decisions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations throughout the M&A lifecycle.
