Job summary

This Director-level position is responsible for developing the human capability system within manufacturing and operations to achieve world-class performance. The role focuses on the architecture, governance, standards, and deployment of all manufacturing and logistics capability development systems.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing capability development.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and capability development in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems.
• Experience working across multiple plants and cultures.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in developing both blue-collar and leadership populations.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Manufacturing Capability System, setting global standards for workforce qualification and skills development.
• Design and optimize operator development programs, including onboarding and certification pathways.
• Lead technical capability growth through expert certification programs and best-practice sharing.
• Design leadership development journeys for manufacturing leaders at various levels.
• Build critical leadership capabilities in areas such as coaching, problem-solving, and talent development.
• Drive organizational learning excellence through knowledge capture and transfer systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive strategic transformation and continuous improvement.

Education

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Learning & Development, or equivalent.
