Job summary

This role involves leading a global In2Outbound team focused on the S/4HANA transformation and the implementation of mobile devices in warehouse operations. The position is based at the headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark, and requires collaboration with regional stakeholders to ensure effective execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in large-scale rollout programs.
• Preferably hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM.
• Background in production or warehouse environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Travel

• Lead and develop a global In2Outbound team.
• Oversee the S/4HANA EWM rollout across production sites and warehouses.
• Support the implementation of mobile devices and standard scanning solutions.
• Foster collaboration and shared ownership among stakeholders.
• Participate in governance forums and boards to ensure alignment and status reporting.
• Assist in removing blockers to facilitate business adoption.
• Travel required for the S/4HANA rollout, approximately 30–45 days.
