Head of Global IT & Digitalization

Job summary

This role involves leading the global IT organization and digital strategy for an international company. Reporting to the Group CFO, the position focuses on shaping the technology landscape and enhancing digital capabilities to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT leader with a strong business focus
• Background in international environments, preferably in manufacturing or complex operational settings
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global IT and digitalization strategy
• Develop clear roadmaps for digitalization, AI, automation, and data initiatives
• Lead and nurture a global IT team of approximately 25 members
• Drive digital transformation and enhance IT's role as a strategic partner
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various functions and regions
• Standardize systems, processes, and data organization-wide
• Ensure secure and efficient global IT operations
• Prioritize technology investments and identify growth opportunities

Education
