Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior manager in the aviation industry, particularly in commercial aircraft spares parts aftermarket or OEM distribution.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic vision with a successful track record in business development, M&A, sales, or procurement.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to manage negotiations with external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and work transnationally with teams and clients.
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Lead a multicultural team and manage projects involving procurement to capture aftermarket business.
  • Identify and execute partnerships and new business models for existing product lines.
  • Oversee new OEM campaigns and proactively engage in M&A activities.
  • Collaborate with product line leaders and contribute to achieving company objectives globally.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, effective in guiding teams across different time zones.
  • Ability to drive change in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a clear understanding of financial impacts of decisions.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.

Tools
