Job summary

The Head of Controlling & Operations will lead a team of 12 in managing finance and data operations for customer business in Germany and Italy. This role focuses on team development, process optimization, and ensuring effective controlling and operations in a competitive energy market.

Qualifications

• Educational background in finance, economics, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven leadership experience with a successful track record.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with data and analytical tools such as SQL and/or Power BI.

• Manage and develop a skilled team, ensuring effective execution of controlling and operations tasks.
• Optimize and document processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee the successful implementation of new products.
