• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, sales tools, and campaigns
• Lead and retain employees while ensuring their performance and well-being
• Act as a trusted advisor for large international clients
• Ensure compliance with service models, policies, and business procedures
• Approve strategic client deliveries, including insurance program placements
• Coordinate client delivery using risk information and assessments
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Deliver services in line with best practices and compliance standards
• Optimize client profitability and manage the client portfolio effectively
• Achieve segment P&L and sales targets
