About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on leading the go-to-market strategy for the RISE Private Cloud Customer Data Center deployment option. The GTM Lead will support sales teams throughout the sales cycle and engage with various partners to deliver optimal solutions for customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science; MBA is a plus.
  • Over 15 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with the software portfolio and infrastructure for cloud deployment.
  • Understanding of S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in international and virtual matrix organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven team player with experience in large software/IT organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the GTM strategy for RISE with Cloud ERP, focusing on Customer Data Center.
  • Analyze customer business transformation needs to create cloud transition roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Global Strategic Technology partners and the broader partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions across various industry segments.
  • Educate customers on the CDC deployment model and articulate competitive advantages.
  • Generate sales pipeline and convert opportunities to grow the business in designated regions.
  • Support account teams throughout the sales cycle and manage contract changes.

Skills

  • Customer-focused with experience in SaaS/IaaS models and large cloud providers.
  • Knowledge of virtualized system landscapes is beneficial.
  • Experience with large customers in sectors like Utilities and Public.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science; MBA is a plus.

Tools

  • Familiarity with S/4HANA Cloud and IaaS infrastructure.
