Group Financial Controller

Job summary

The Group Financial Controller will ensure high-quality financial reporting, transparency, and control across the organization. This role involves collaboration with finance colleagues globally and offers exposure to senior stakeholders, providing an opportunity to understand the workings of a global, listed company.

Qualifications

• Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Auditing or similar
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably from a 'Big 4' audit firm or as a financial controller in a listed company
• Experience in audit and knowledge of debit/credit
• Familiarity with Group consolidation from major international companies is advantageous
• Valid work permit and authorization to work in Denmark

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including consolidation and preparation of financial statements
• Drive controlling within the designated area of responsibility
• Provide country support for monthly financial reporting
• Assist the Group CFO and Investor Relations with ad-hoc analyses
• Optimize the use of the Group Reporting & Consolidation system, OneStream
• Implement continuous process improvements within the area of responsibility
• Handle various reporting assignments in support of Group Functions

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and structured approach

• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels

Education

• Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Auditing or equivalent
