Group Financial Controller

Job summary

This role involves overseeing Group financial reporting and compliance with IFRS standards, while contributing to finance transformation initiatives. The position is based in Hedehusene, Denmark, and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial information.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Group Reporting, Controlling, Financial Reporting, or Audit
• Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure the quality of consolidated external reports
• Participate in the preparation of the Group’s Annual Report and quarterly investor announcements
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre in Poland for efficient reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes
• Act as a point of contact for accounting and IFRS matters across the Group

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
• Clear and confident communication in English

Education

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
