Job summary

The Group Finance Director will lead the finance management, financial planning, and analysis for a company specializing in renewable energy infrastructure investments. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, controlling, and compliance in an international context.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, including annual budget processes and financial forecasting.
• Oversee accounting, compliance, and reporting functions to ensure timely and accurate finance operations.
• Provide financial insights and performance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements in collaboration with local advisors.
• Maintain high-quality data management and ERP usage for efficient reporting.

Skills
